The reason for the sudden drop in centrifugal pump pressure

1. Insufficient oil intake;

Measures: Check the liquid level of the oil tank, and if the liquid level is low, promptly change the tank;

2. The clearance between various parts inside the pump is too large;

Measures: Stop the pump for inspection and adjust the clearances between various parts inside the pump;

3. Pump pressure gauge malfunction or inaccurate indication or damage;

Measure: Check if the pressure gauge is malfunctioning or replace the pressure gauge;

4. The oil temperature is too high, causing vaporization;

Measures: Reduce the temperature of the oil and release the gas inside the pump;

5. Imported filters have debris or impeller blockage;

Measures: Remove debris from the filter or impeller;

6. The balance mechanism is severely worn out;

Measure: Stop the pump and check the clearance of the balance plate;

7. The motor speed is not high enough.

Measure: Identify the cause of low motor speed and increase the speed.
