On September 24, 2025, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, was severely affected by Super Typhoon “Huajiasa,” which brought continuous heavy rainfall and large-scale flooding, posing a serious impact on urban transportation, residents’ daily lives, and local infrastructure.
